Re-photography - Appropriation
The meaning of the image.
Taking a picture, rephotographing and reprinting it in any other page of newspaper and magazine.
The repetition of an image and its new position in a different background and concept.
The re-use of a ready-made image, an already existing image, creates a new story to live in and go on.
Silkscreen prints on paper, newspaper and magazines,
A4 - A3 size.

Collage - Entropy
Entropy
The idea for this subject originated from the notion of entropy, a term borrowed by the discipline of Physics, which refers to the measure of disorder in a system.
I interpreted the notion of “entropy” through shape and color, placing a special emphasis on the interaction of colors.
Through my work I combined two different techniques of the 20th century: Abstract Expressionism and Op Art.
Media: acrylic colours on canvas (2007-2008)
