Nansy Charitonidou (1985) was born in Greece. She is an artist currently living in London and her practice is focused on painting and photography. She has a BA in Fine Arts and Art Sciences (University of Ioannina, Greece). She also holds an MA in Museum and Gallery Studies and an MA in European Art Practice from Kingston University London. Her range of activities covers areas such as painting, printmaking, photography and writing. Her artworks are defined by the use of photographs chosen randomly from newspapers & magazines as well as from family photo albums – through which she seeks to create a new visual and conceptual world.
